By accessing or using ClariWeek ("the Service"), operated by ClariWeek Ltd (Company Number: SC871363), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClariWeek is a financial clarity tool designed for solo founders and freelancers. It connects to your bank account via Plaid, calculates your financial runway, and provides a weekly ritual to help you stay on top of your money.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Pricing

ClariWeek is a paid subscription service. Pricing is available on our website. Founding members receive a locked-in rate for as long as their subscription remains active. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.

• You will not be charged until you actively subscribe
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months (see our Refund Policy for details)

5. Bank Connectivity

ClariWeek uses Plaid to connect to your bank account. By using this feature, you:

• Authorise ClariWeek to access your bank balance and transaction data via Plaid
• Acknowledge that bank data is used solely to calculate your runway and provide financial clarity
• Understand that ClariWeek never stores your bank login credentials — these are handled securely by Plaid
• Can disconnect your bank at any time through Settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using ClariWeek, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClariWeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided for financial awareness purposes only and should not be considered financial, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for maintaining your own financial records and consulting appropriate professionals.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
